"A girl needs to keep fit," Emma said. "I know lots of girls my age that look terrible. They don't think it will happen because they are young but it does. They eat sweets and don't work out. They spend all day sitting, watching telly or are online. That won't happen to me.
"My boobs get me a lot of attention. Maybe because I don't wear a bra most of the time but I will if I want a pointy look. I love England but the winters are awful. I dream of warm, sunny places during the winter."
